Your information. Handled with care.

The form collects your name, phone number, selected service, preferred date and time, and optional message. Requests are stored as private WordPress records accessible to authorised administrators. The salon uses these details to respond and arrange visits. Requests are received in the salon’s private WordPress dashboard. Email notifications are currently disabled; please call for time-sensitive requests.

In preference-only mode your selected photo stays in this browser tab. It is not uploaded, stored in WordPress or sent to a booking channel. Camera access is optional and requires permission. Remove your photo or close the tab to release the preview. No facial-feature analysis takes place. Real image-generation processing is disabled until a provider, explicit consent and server controls are configured.

Booking requests currently remain in the private WordPress request list until an administrator deletes them. To request access or deletion, contact the salon by phone. Host/server logs may have separate retention controlled by the hosting provider.
